By typing "YES" in the box below, you (the "exhibitor") accepts full responsibility for all property which the exhibitor displays or is authorized to display during the course of the Women Writing the West Conference in the allocated portion of the Women Writing the West Conference space at the Marcus Whitman Hotel. All liability for loss or damage of such property whatsoever shall be the sole risk of the exhibitor, notwithstanding that such loss or damage may have arisen through the inadvertent or negligent acts of any person, including any and all members of Women Writing the West, or the staff of the Marcus Whitman Hotel.
The exhibitor shall protect and save harmless Women Writing the West from and against any claim for any loss connected with or related to the presence and use of property.
The furnishing of any service or assistance shall not be construed to be any assumption of obligation or duty with respect to the protection of the property of the exhibitor, which shall at all times remain in the sole possession and custody of each exhibitor, and shall be the sole responsibility of each exhibitor.
Each exhibitor space is furnished with an 8-foot long table. Booth space is approximately 10 feet wide by six feet deep.
The exhibitor may display, provide samples, discuss, explain and demonstrate products or services at their booth. If the exhibitor plans to use raffles or games of chance as a merchandising tool, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that any such raffle, lottery, or game of chance is not in violation of any applicable statute, regulation or ordinance.
The exhibitor must comply with all safety, fire, environmental, and health regulations.
Music or audio sound from the exhibitor's booth space must not be at a level that interferes with normal levels of communication in neighboring exhibit space.
Exhibitors must keep their displays free of trash and rubbish, and maintain a neat appearance. Exhibitors are responsible for storing any items needed for their booth.
Exhibitors will tear down their booth and remove all belongings no later than 10 a.m. Sunday, October 28, 2018.
The exhibitor acknowledges that Women Writing the West's booth policies have been read and understood.
Women Writing the West reserves the right to cancel booth registrations and refund exhibitors at its discretion.
